For many years my father had a small gunsmithing shop and when able, I helped out and learned a few things. After my time on Active Duty in the U.S. Army as a 45B Smallarms/Artillery Repairer, I obtained enlightenment, and an appointment to the Federal Civil Service, doing basically the same thing. Finally retired, I now only wrench my own guns for pleasure. This site is now an archive of the articles written by me and my friends over the course of several years.
